Soriba Camara was officially installed as Guinea’s Consul General in Dakhla at a ceremony that took place on Monday in the presence of Guinean Foreign Minister Morissanda Kouyaté. The ceremony took place on the sidelines of the 7th Morocco-Guinea Joint Cooperation Commission, held in Dakhla under the co-chairmanship of Kouyaté and his Moroccan peer Nasser Bourita. Guinea opened its Consulate General in Dakhla in 2020. The opening by Guinea of a consulate in Dakhla reflects the solid and distinguished nature of the historical relations between the two countries, which were given a strong boost by the visits King Mohammed VI paid to Conakry in 2014 and 2017.
