A 36-year-old security guard, deployed at Block F in Sector 57, was run over twice by a Maruti Swift car on Monday night. The accused are reportedly thieves who steal side mirrors of cars and the guard had reportedly stopped them from committing the theft a few days before the incident involving the car. The CCTV footage, available with Hindustan Times, clearly shows a white Maruti Swift car coming on the wrong lane and ramming the guard. Four youths were in the car and they stopped the vehicle for about two minutes after the guard went under the car. Side mirrors of two cars were reported stolen on Tuesday morning after the guard was run over, the police said.
