Dr Chuang Shuk-kwan. Hong Kong has reported the lowest increase in daily confirmed coronavirus cases in nearly a month today. Dr Chuang Shuk-kwan of the Centre for Health Protection said there have been 33 additional confirmed cases as at midnight, taking the tally to 4,182, which includes one probable case. Among the 32 local cases, 17 are linked to previous cases and source of infection for 15 others are still unknown. The Hospital Authority said there are so far 3,052 recoveries after 135 more patients were discharged, and 58 fatalities.
