As both Shafin and Hadiya had not paid the website, only their basic details could be viewed publicly. None of the five persons who collected Hadiya's details from the website were found connected to Shafin Jahan. As per NIA's report in the 'love jihad' case, marriage proposal of Shafin Jahan had come through Muneer during August 2016. "During this time, Shafin was in touch with Manseed and Safvan, with Muneer acting as a go-between," said an NIA officer.
