New Zealand Transport Agency and Hamilton City Council construction to the Dinsdale roundabout and surrounding roads has been completed for around a week, but delays continue. Safety changes to Dinsdale roads:Entrance to Rifle Range Road, replacing the slip lane with a berm and cycle path. "Last week I had to wait seven minutes to get out of Rifle Range Road." Harrison said the council has had a number of complaints about high speed exits onto Rifle Range Road and heavy vehicles using the road as a bypass.
