Harbor Star Shipping Services Inc. said it renewed a marine tugboat service agreement with Pearl Energy Philippines Operating Inc. for another three years. Harbor Star has been the tugboat service provider of Pearl Energy since it started commercial operations in May 2000. Bella said Harbor Star planned to provide tugboat assistance services to the tank farm, which was slated for completion by the third quarter of 2017. Harbor Star has operations in Malaysia. Port operator International Container Terminal Services Inc. earlier teamed up with Harbor Star to operate the Cavite Gateway Terminal on a six-hectare property owned by the former in Tanza, Cavite.
