English hard rock band Royal Blood have hit No. The band has become a huge success story in the U.K., especially considering the fact that rock music as a genre is going through a difficult time these days. Not many guitar-fronted names make it to the top of the charts with their singles or albums, as the trend in top 40 leans much more heavily towards all things electronic pop, but Royal Blood is popular enough to buck the norm. Singles-wise, Royal Blood has never been a serious player on the charts, but rock fans typically gravitate towards full collections and not just one song or another. 96 in the U.K., while follow-up cut “Hook, Line & Sinker” has yet to reach the chart at all.
