PETALING JAYA: Renowned comedian and actor Harith Iskander has voiced his frustration over the queue system at a National Registration Department branch. He said he arrived 30 minutes before the counter to get tickets opened at 2pm but was shocked to find a long line. "I got to the first floor where the administrative office is... a staff told us to wait downstairs. Harith said there should be a system that would be more convenient and not tiring for the people. "If a department is meant to service the people, can these services be not so tiring for the people?
