Tricky business, naming a baby. Putting the given names to one side, the issue of royal surnames is confusing enough. But I seem to remember that Harry’s name tag on his uniform as a serviceman said simply “WALES”. And given the nobility’s penchant for being named after whole counties or cities, the baby could easily have gone through life as Lilibet Diana Sussex. Or indeed, Lilibet Diana Santa Barbara.
