In a press statement issued on Tuesday, the Minister’s office clarified that the posters did not originate from Hon. The statement urged members of the public to disregard the materials, describing them as unauthorised and misleading. According to the statement, Hon. Iddrisu remains focused on his current responsibilities as Minister for Education and as the elected representative for Tamale South. It added that he is presently in Lusaka, Zambia, where he is accompanying President John Dramani Mahama on official engagements.
