Restrictions have been imposed in Malik market, Bhatindi area of Jammu, to carry out a demolition drive in the area. Bulldozers are seen demolishing a commercial complex on the main highway as part of an ongoing anti- encroachment drive by the J&K administration. The opposition alleges the drive is selective and properties owned by Muslims are being targeted. A large number of police personnel have been deployed to prevent any protests as tension flared up in the area.
