Nelson-based business and innovation hub Mahitahi Colab has collaborated with the Food Factory to deliver a food and beverage-specific CO.STARTERS programme which starts next month. The Food and Beverage Cohort will be run from the Food Factory for three hours each week. Guest speakers from successful food and beverage businesses will impart knowledge about specific challenges they have faced.
