(CNN) President Donald Trump has spent a lot of breath -- and tweets -- attempting to cast former Vice President Joe Biden as a doddering old man who doesn't really know what's going on. "Biden can't put two sentences together," Trump told "Fox News Sunday" anchor Chris Wallace last month . "Nobody thought that [Biden] was even going to win," Trump told the Washington Examiner's Byron York in an Oval Office interview Wednesday. To call Trump's allegation irresponsible is to do a disservice to the word "irresponsible." Who the heck knows why Biden did better against Sanders than he had done in previous debates?
