Hertz Global Holdings Inc. named its second finance chief in as many months Monday, as the troubled car-rental company navigates a tumultuous bankruptcy process. Before joining Hertz in December 2018, he held roles at Nielsen Holdings PLC and General Electric Co. Former CFO Mr. Jackson was previously finance chief at Nielsen. When Mr. Esper became finance chief in August, Mr. Cheung received the finance and restructuring role, according to a regulatory filing. Mr. Esper is forfeiting his “retention bonus under the Company’s Key Employee Retention Program,” according to Monday’s regulatory filing. It is unclear how much his retention bonus was worth.
