Hibs have announced manager Nick Montgomery will wear a microphone in the dugout for the Edinburgh derby against rivals Hearts. The pair will face off on Wednesday December 27th in the second Edinburgh derby of the season. The club have revealed plans which also include the assistant wearing a bodycam, cameras in the Hibs dressing room and on pitch interviews. The statement read: After months of work and planning with Hibs, Sky Sports will deliver new innovations in SPFL broadcast on Wednesday 27 December, 2023. Head Coach Nick Montgomery will wear a microphone during the match, enabling fans watching at home to hear his specific coaching from the sidelines.
