Highway 401 eastbound at Guelph Line has reopened following a vehicle fire early Friday morning. All eastbound lanes into the city were blocked because of cleanup efforts for that lasted about four hours. Traffic has begun clearing, and the centre and left lanes have since reopened. However according to Const. Kerry Schmidt, the right lane remains blocked as of 9:50 a.m.Police were called to the scene at 6 a.m. Friday morning after a tractor trailer caught on fire.
