KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 7): PDZ Holdings Bhd has appointed Ho Jien Shiung as executive director of the company. Ho, 33, is also an executive director of printed circuit board manufacturer PNE PCB Bhd since 2014. Subsequently, PDZ was issued writs in admiralty action in rem by Shin Yang Shipping Sdn Bhd and Harbour-Link Lines Sdn Bhd to seek delivery of containers which were shipped on board PDZ Mewah by Perkapalan Dai Zhun Sdn Bhd, a former subsidiary of PDZ. PDZ sold its entire stake in Perkapalan Dai Zhun last December to Salvage Point Ltd. Prior to the disposal, PDZ Mewah’s ownership was transferred to PDZ.
