Biden’s order gives specific to-dos even to the so-called independent agencies, not that they are offended in any way. This matters greatly because the precedent set by this malignant executive order will be that tomorrow’s innovators get hobbled by Washington in even worse fashion. As in Obama’s 2016 competition order, we see a disdain for free labor markets. Broadly, with a couple exceptions, Biden’s order attempts to repackage anti-competitive intervention as pro-competition.
