After 12 years of hard graft building up a small business running shuttles to Auckland and Hamilton Airports, he was about to lay off 30 of his staff. It wasn't my fault, it wasn't their fault, it wasn't the customers' fault. Previously working in mental health, Orr decided to move into the passenger transport business, starting small as a shuttle franchisee ferrying travellers to and from Hamilton Airport. Slowly he built up the business in a tough industry, growing his fleet and hiring more drivers. He wants other struggling business owners to know they're not alone.
