My CEO is planning to retire and turn over the business to his son. If my CEO were in touch with his employees -- including me, his administrative assistant -- he would know that. Unfortunately, my CEO "John" is not in touch. I probably have four to six months to job hunt before John officially retires and his son takes over. In the other case, the interviewer asked me "Why do you dislike your current job?"
