Their new - and first - restaurant Ikoyi recently opened, tucked behind a pleat of Regent's Street. With so much competition for restaurants in London – why open in this city? We began work on this project in May 2015, and safe to say the restaurant market isn’t quite what it was back then. Beyond the obvious, what as some of the trends and cultural differences in the restaurant scene in London, compared to Ikoyi, Lagos? Lagos’s restaurant scene is still very young and is no where close to where London's is.
