When Megan Grassell was a seventeen-year-old high schooler, she took her younger sister shopping to buy her first bra and found that everything was overly sexualized. She knew there needed to be age-appropriate bras for girls—so she started Yellowberry in 2014 to change the bra industry for pre-teens. Grassell designed the bras, rounded up her savings from her summer job bussing tables and raised more than $40,000 on Kickstarter. Gross: What has been the biggest challenge and, on the flip side, the biggest reward of starting Yellowberry?
