The agent also played a role in the two murder convictions for the 2012 death of Delano Coombs. Earlier this month, the agent’s evidence helped secure a fourth murder conviction when the jury found Shakeil Wheatle guilty in Davis’s death. Over the next few months while preparing how best to use the agent, Margetson continued to develop a relationship with him.
