There are plenty of gorgeous beaches on Prince Edward Island, but shellfish beaches are not among them. The shovels come in later to hunt for long, thin, razor clams and white “soft-shell” clams. John Martin of PEI Costal Experiences leads a shellfish foraging exploration where Malpeque Bay and the Bideford River meet.
