So, back pain, neck pain and spondylosis, what is the link? Howbeit, other things can cause neck pain. Neck pain can arise from tension headaches. Some people have had injuries or other conditions such as inflammation in the throat that causes pain in the neck. So, spondylosis causes back pain but there are several other causes of back pain.
