Hulu’s free version had been waning in popularity because of its limited selection. “As we have continued to enhance that offering with new originals, exclusive acquisitions, and movies, the free service became very limited and no longer aligned with the Hulu experience or content strategy.”Hulu's free content isn't disappearing altogether. Free users only had access to episodes of recent broadcast shows eight days after they aired.
