As well as this, juices from uncooked food spilled into a fridge, becoming 'very mouldy' as a result. 'The raw food service fridge had spillages that were very mouldy – ensure you have a structured approach to cleaning. Furthermore, the kitchen had faulty lights and ceiling panels were missing, while eight burrata cheeses were past their use-by dates.
