Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna/FILENairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna says he will speak to the media this morning following his removal as Secretary-General of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM). “I will speak to the press this morning to address some of your concerns. In the 2017 General Election cycle, Sifuna sought the ODM ticket for the Kanduyi Constituency parliamentary seat but was unsuccessful in the party primaries. In February 2018, he was appointed ODM Secretary-General, replacing Ababu Namwamba. In the 2022 General Election, Sifuna again contested the Nairobi senatorial seat, securing 716,876 votes to win the position.
