She explained that she normally pays her instalments through mobile money vendors because she does not know how to make the transfers herself. She indicated that she handed the money to a mobile money vendor to send to the company. She said she pleaded with them to allow her until Monday to follow up with the mobile money vendor to confirm whether the transaction had been completed.
