Former Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Petit believes Gary Neville is wrong to suggest Mikel Arteta's side are better-equipped for the Premier League title race than they were last season. The Gunners are currently third in the table after 24 games, level on points with Manchester City. Pep Guardiola's men, who have a game in hand, are two points off leaders Liverpool in a title race that's expected to go to the wire. Many have tipped the Citizens to win their fourth straight league title but Neville has stuck with his prediction that Arsenal will be crowned champions. He explained: "Gary Neville has said Arsenal being the chasers will help them in the title race but I disagree, Arsenal have grown up a lot this season.
