Given he had a glass of Diet Coke already, he asked them to put a shot of champagne in there for good measure. Ignoring the parody namesake, I decided to try it out for myself – Diet Coke, Champagne, Aperol Spritz – these are all words that catch my attention. I'm in good company it seems, as thousands of people on TikTok have also tried the 'Diet Cokagne' recipe with some swapping out the champagne for prosecco. There's kind of a watered down Diet Coke flavour, followed by a lovely prosecco aftertaste, and the two notes go together really well.
