The professional snowboarder bought the apartment, located in the basement of a townhouse in 2017, on his quest to get on the property ladder. Jamie was working on the top floor flat in the building when he noticed it had an abandoned basement that had never been lived in. "One of the things I was most proud about was replacing the flooring on the lower floor with Bath Stone," Jamie said. "We were able to identify to the best of our knowledge the original Bath stone flooring in the upstairs bedroom as a Base bed stone most likely from the local mine currently run by The Bath Stone Group in Limply Stoke. The property also comes with a private garden - which Jamie said has been a life saver in lockdown.
