Adam King said he was excited to go home to his parents and play with all his new toys, following his participation in last night’s Late Late Toy Show. He added that he’d love to be an astronaut but can’t due to his “brittle bones”. The Cork boy spends a lot of his time going in and out of Temple Street Children's Hospital - and it’s there that he made friends with a porter, John Doyle. Doyle surprised Adam last night with a special visit on the show in a truly heart-warming moment. Speaking today, Adam said: “I really liked meeting John Doyle and giving him a virtual hug, and I liked seeing him at the Toy Show.”“John Doyle just came up in a magic giant peach - and everyone loves him in Temple Street hospital in Dublin.”
