The ICPC spokesperson, Rasheedat Okoduwa, stated this on Tuesday during a telephone interview with PUNCH. This followed an investigation by our correspondent that 57-year-old Igwe might have been fraudulently promoted without a doctorate he claimed he obtained from Abomey Calavi University in Benin Republic 18 years ago.
