'Islamic State's Central Fatwa Committee issued a fatwa against the breeding of cats inside houses in Mosul,' Iraq's Al Sumaria reported on Tuesday. The ban comes as a surprise because initially, ISIS used cats to lure youngsters to join the terrorist organization. In a now deleted Twitter account called Islamic State for cat, the fighters posted number of pictures posing next to furry cats.
