SINGAPORE (Oct 20): ISR Capital has completed the first half of its planned S$12 million share placement to new investors. ISR shares closed 1.72% higher at 29.5 cents, giving the company a market value of S$440.6 million. The acquisition amount of S$40 million will be paid via the issue of new ISR shares at 10 Singaporean cents each. With the completion of the first tranche, ISR Capital’s share base has increased from 1,494 million to 1,564 million ordinary shares. ISR shares closed 1.72% higher at 29.5 cents, giving the company a market value of S$440.6 million.
