So that men and women, young and old, Maori and non-Maori, are somehow divorced from each other and cocooned by their own grievances and victimhood. Women may not be getting the high paying jobs but that is a quirk of the biological urge to breed rather than the patriarchy keeping women down. Women also tend to have partners who are men and if men are getting all the money, they presumably get some benefit from that. What I'm suggesting is that we stop all the identity-based moaning.
