The only higher authority at the time was Flt Lt Jerry John Rawlings who was then the head of state the report concluded. The three judges who were murderedMr Rawlings has not officially contested the findings of this report. These accounts were all captured in Raymond Acquah’s Who killed the judges documentary which has since reignited the debate about the sad incident of 1982.
