The theme of 2020 has undoubtedly been one of a great shake up and ongoing uncertainty. Would we realize we’re all one race: the human race, as many a privileged Instagram caption asked? When business as usual remains cloaked in comfort, diversity often suffers. The #PullUpOrShutUp campaign called on companies to release their diversity figures in place of PR statements. Let 2020 truly be clarity of hindsight and the turning point against the diversity gap.
