Impractical to make everyone fill health forms, official saysThe Director of Health Constance Chan said there are practical diffucultiesin requiring all visitors to make health declarations. She said such a requirement would not help to control diseases if a large number of people are stuck at border points filling out forms, RTHK reports. According to the Prevention and Control of Disease Regulation, travellers who do not comply with the declaration form requirement, or knowingly give false information, will face a maximum penalty of six months in jail or a HK$5,000 fine.
