All proceeds go towards the We Love Manchester emergency fund, set up by Manchester City Council and Red Cross. The total collected by the fund has topped £10 million ($12.9 million), with more money still pouring in. The London mayor says that the U.S. president is wrong about many things and that his state visit to Britain should not go ahead.
