To solemnly remember the attacks that changed the world, members of the GW community gave their firsthand accounts of the horror and hope they experienced that day. I ran to the GW Hospital emergency department where they had just heard news of the attack. When the third plane struck the Pentagon we all took a deep breath and began to prepare to receive victims. “Where are you?” It was a colleague at The GW Hatchet, where I was a junior news editor.
