Virat Kohli will become India's second most successful test captain if his team manages to win a test during the five match series against England. If India win a test in this series than Virat Kohli will overtake Sourav Ganguly in list of most wins for India as Test captain. Kohli and Ganguly are presently tied at second spot with 21 wins each while MS Dhoni leads the list with 27 wins. Dhoni captained India in 60 tests while Ganguly played 49 matches as captain. Kohli has had remarkable success as test captain with the Indian team losing just 2 series out of 12 so far under his leadership.
