"Indonesians are advised to consider postponing travel (to Singapore)," said Health Minister Nila Moeloek. The Foreign Ministry in Jakarta said an Indonesian woman had tested positive for Zika in Singapore and was being treated in a hospital there. Meanwhile, authorities have started requiring people arriving from Singapore and several other countries to fill in health alert cards to assist with early detection of the virus, said Muhammad Subuh, director general for disease control at the Health Ministry. Singapore has reported 115 confirmed Zika cases for the period between August 27 and 31.
