A man allegedly killed her 20-year-old live-in partner after she refused to indulge in a physical relationship with him in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore on December 7, said police adding the woman’s body was found after two days following a tip-off. Police said that the accused, Praveen Singh, 24, a native of Guna resided with her live-in partner in the Raoji Bazar area in Indore. The incident again raises questions on the legality of the growing trends of live-in relations in urban cities. The Shraddha walkar Murder case was one of the many instances where the female partner was murdered by the male live-in partner. Earlier, BJP MP Dharambir Singh raised the issue in Parliament seeking a law against live-in relationships.
