The victim was identified as Abdullah, son of Shohag Howlader of the village. According to sources, the criminals entered Shohag’s house at night cutting grill of the window while the child was sleeping with his parents. Reshma Begum, the mother of the child said when I woke up around 4am , I did not find my child and found the window open. In the morning, the miscreants demanded Tk 5 lakh of a relative of the child over the missing cell phone.
