The award honours small, innovative entrepreneurs and identifies growing small-scale enterprises in terms of their uniqueness, benefit to people and ability to scale. Ranganathan, chairman and managing director of CavinKare Pvt. The final awardee was Ponram P, director, Tejas Translational Technologies Pvt Ltd, who came up with an innovative bio-medical device — Vein Probe Vein Finder — that can locate veins in patients within seconds. Kavitha D Chitturi, president, Madras Management Association and joint managing director of The KCP Ltd. said“The fundamental objective of this initiative is to understand and comprehend the challenges and opportunities in India’s innovation.”
