Proclaimed offender“The accused is involved in several cases, including a double murder case. It was learnt during interrogation that Avdesh came in contact with dreaded gangster Shiva Suri in 2008 and joined his gang in order to earn easy money, Mr. Singh said“Shiva Suri gang is active in west, south-west and Dwarka districts in Delhi. They extort money from businessmen and traders,” Mr. Singh said.
