Jamshedpur:Top News Of the DayThe Tata Steel Adventure Foundation (TSAF) is all set to host the sixth edition of its Tata Steel Climbing Championship. The three-day event will be held from Jan 24 to Jan 27 at the JRD Tata Sports Complex. Over 300 climbers from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Nepal and India will take part in the event. The championship will feature competitions in speed, lead, and boulder climbing across multiple age categories.Competitions will be held across U-11, U-13, U-15, U-17 and Open categories, making it an inclusive and high-performance sporting event for young and elite climbers alike.For the child participants, a drawing competition will take place from January 24 to 26. Besides, recreational and wellness activities such as golf putting and Zumba sessions will also be conducted, ensuring a holistic sporting and cultural experience for all participants, the organisers said.
