The chaotic Brexit endgame may not seem an obvious place for investors to find well-hedged trades, but the renewed attention it is bringing to U.K. stocks could end up benefiting the most global of them—whatever the outcome. The European Union granted the U.K. a brief reprieve late Thursday, pushing back the Brexit deadline to April 12. With no parliamentary support for the deal negotiated by Prime Minister Theresa May, the U.K. had been set to crash out of the EU on March 29.
